At Fossil Realm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your prehistoric treasures. If your authentic fossil or mineral specimen does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why the specimen is being returned to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the item in its original protective padding and shipping box to ensure the delicate geological structures are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators verify the item's condition matches our records, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
